CircleLife’s mission is to offer a variety of fresh, truly natural, affordable and highly effective skin care options. We aspire to help our customers age beautifully with grace and dignity, so we are leaving out the “anti-aging” beauty BS, unsubstantiated hype and wildly overpriced crap that the cosmetics industry is deluged with.
Our cruelty free, synthetic free products are handcrafted with great care, in small batches by an Level 2 Certified Professional Aromatherapist Registered Nurse. Our tagline is “Ingredients Matter” and we are passionate about this! Our ingredient lists can be easily understood and are filled with the highest quality available components including organic and non-GMO plant derived carrier oils and butters, natural waxes, natural clay and essential oils that are responsibly sourced and rigorously tested for purity. We also happily use our own CircleLife (Westminster, MA) garden grown and dried herbs in our oil infusions which add therapeutic value to many of our products.
Message from CircleLife founder, Cynthia Gauthier, RN, BSN. Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Aromatherapist
I launched this home based business after a serious car accident temporarily prevented me from returning to my full time nursing job. After recovering from this traumatic event, in anticipation of my daughter's upcoming turning 22 graduation, I decided to turn my hobby into a sustainable business rather than return to my former career, so that I could be home to provide full time care for my adult child who is profoundly disabled, a priority and absolute necessity.
As a nurse and a mother, my concern about the cumulative effects of environmental toxins on our health has never been higher than it is today. The U.S. cosmetics industry has deplorably under regulated safety provisions (especially in regards to ingredients) and I am angered and disturbed by the completely legal use of unsafe and unnecessary ingredients (endocrine disruptors, formaldehyde releasers, neurotoxins & even carcinogens) in products that my family had been using for years.
Rather than investing my precious time into learning how to decipher chemically complex ingredient labels, in order to make safer choices, I decided to pour my efforts into researching and creating my own synthetic-free skin nourishing products. I am a proud graduate of Aromahead Institute School of Essential Oil Studies and I am committed to continuing my education and improving product formulas!
I proudly stand by all items brought to market and test each recipe on myself, my family and my enthusiastic volunteers before selling them. This is a small, family owned home based business. Our company name is inspired by my sweet, primarily non-verbal daughter, Kearney, who has Autism. She has used the phrase "Circle Life" as her unmistakable battle cry of joy for as long as I can remember. Those words, paired with her beaming smile, are one of my life's greatest treasures and are the inspiration behind my drive to make a healthy, positive difference in our beautiful world.

About Our Suppliers
We believe that our products are only as good as the ingredients we put in them. For that reason, "Ingredients Matter" is our main tagline. Not only do we completely avoid using synthetic chemicals, we take great care in choosing our suppliers so that we know exactly where our ingredients are sourced from and that they have met strict quality standards rather than simply buying from the cheapest re-sellers out there lacking in reliable safety data and certifications.
Our commitment to you is that we will only use the highest quality essential oils, organic and Non- GMO plant butters and carrier oils in our skin care products.
Our Essential oil supplier adheres to standards of quality that are some of the strictest in the industry. Before selling an essential oil they do everything possible to establish that it is 100% pure (unadulterated by synthetic additives or substitutions), natural, AND of the highest quality, making it appropriate for use in aromatherapy. In 2019, CircleLife partnered with Aromatics International as a wholesale customer. Aromatics International essential oils are individually imported from distillers that they work closely with. They provide GC/ MS reports for all batches of oils right on their website. CircleLife founder and president, Cyndi Gauthier is an Aromahead Institute for Essential Oils Studies graduate, and NAHA Level 2 Certified Professional Aromatherapist. Cyndi has the basic knowledge needed to understand a GC/MS report and has access to a wealth of educational resources regarding essential oil chemistry and safety. We strive to ensure that all of our ingredients including carrier oils, plant based butters, CBD and essential oils are purchased from suppliers that adhere to strict testing standards for purity and provide us with the COA (certificates of analysis) and GC/MS reports.
We believe in disclosing our full ingredient list to you, and never taking advantage of the the trade secret clause in the Federal cosmetics regulations, which allows companies to legally hide potentially harmful fragrance ingredients.
